30-Day Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will accept any unwashed, unused towel within 30 days of receipt of the item for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or refund its cost at no expense to you.
